Nachos with pita chips and chicken shish taouk | Les Filles Fattoush

Ingredients :

 

  • Fattoush Girls' Chicken Shish Taouk
  • 2 bags of Fattoush Girls sumac pita chips
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • 300g of Halloumi cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • Sour cream
  • Dried mint
  • Chives

Preparation :

 

  1. Cook the chicken shish taouk in the oven or in a pan, then cut it into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, red pepper and shallot into small cubes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. In a baking dish, arrange the pita chips in an even layer. Sprinkle with grated halloumi, then add the diced chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil or other oil for a golden finish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  6. When removed from the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
  7. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with a large pinch of dried mint and chopped chives.
