Nachos with pita chips and chicken shish taouk | Les Filles Fattoush

Looking for a tasty twist on nachos? This recipe draws inspiration from Middle Eastern flavors to transform a classic into a unique and delicious dish. Quick and easy to prepare, these reimagined nachos are a must-have for your Super Bowl party!
Ingredients :
- Fattoush Girls' Chicken Shish Taouk
- 2 bags of Fattoush Girls sumac pita chips
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 shallot
- 300g of Halloumi cheese
- 2 green onions
- Sour cream
- Dried mint
- Chives
Preparation :
- Cook the chicken shish taouk in the oven or in a pan, then cut it into small cubes and set aside.
- Cut the tomatoes, red pepper and shallot into small cubes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a baking dish, arrange the pita chips in an even layer. Sprinkle with grated halloumi, then add the diced chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil or other oil for a golden finish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- When removed from the oven, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream with a large pinch of dried mint and chopped chives.
