After the resounding success of our first recipe book Les Filles Fattoush: Syrian cuisine, a cuisine from the heart, Adelle has written a second book dedicated to the delights of her beloved native country.
If, in her first book, she gave a voice to the Syrian refugees who work in the kitchens of our social enterprise that she co-founded, this time, she returns to her own immigration story in order to offer us a very personal culinary journey, woven with traditions, crossbreeding and discoveries.
