Syrian-style hard-boiled eggs | Les Filles Fattoush

ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Aleppo pepper
- 1 pinch of black pepper
For 8 bites:
In a small saucepan, place the eggs and cover with cold water. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat and let stand for 12 minutes in the boiling water. Drain and rinse immediately under cold water.
Peel the eggs, then cut them in half. Sprinkle them with salt, Aleppo pepper, and black pepper.
Note: You can also use the seasoned eggs in a sandwich and add salad.
