Fattoush Cuisine : The New Grocery Brand from Les Filles Fattoush
An evolution two years in the making
Cuisine Fattoush is the new brand identity for our grocery line, created to bring everything we’ve been building with Les Filles Fattoush since 2017 to even more people—first in Quebec, and gradually across Canada.
Les Filles Fattoush is here to stay. We’re keeping our name, our social mission, our team and our boutique at Montreal’s Jean-Talon Market.
After nearly two years of work behind the scenes, we are so proud to introduce Cuisine Fattoush.
For us, this moment is about much more than a new name or a new identity. It makes us reflect on how far we’ve come since 2017: the women who have helped Les Filles Fattoush grow, the recipes we’ve shared, our first gatherings around the table, and the first customers and grocery stores that put their trust in us.
Above all, it reflects an ambition that has grown alongside us: to make Syrian and Middle Eastern food a bigger part of everyday life for families here at home.
Les Filles Fattoush: A story that began in Montreal in 2017
For nine years, Les Filles Fattoush has grown around a simple belief: food builds bridges between cultures.
The company was founded in Montreal with the goal of giving Syrian refugee women a first opportunity to work here, while sharing their culinary skills and the flavours of their cuisine.
Since then, more than 50 women have worked with Les Filles Fattoush, and this social mission remains at the heart of everything we do.

It all began with catering. Then came our presence at Jean-Talon Market, our ready-to-eat meals and, little by little, our first grocery products: spices, pita chips, spreads and a variety of other products inspired by Syrian and Middle Eastern culinary traditions.
Today, our products are available at more than 500 retail locations across Quebec.
Why create Cuisine Fattoush?
Cuisine Fattoush was born from a desire to bring this food to even more people.
It is the new face of our grocery line, with an identity designed to support our growth in Quebec and across the rest of Canada.
Our dream is simple: to make Middle Eastern flavours a natural part of your everyday life.
For zaatar to become a spice you always have on hand. For hummus to find its place at the centre of your table. For fattoush, shish taouk and pita chips to become staples for lunches, weeknight dinners and casual get-togethers with friends and family.
Because beyond getting our products onto more shelves, what we truly want is for this cuisine to become a lasting part of the way people eat here at home and, gradually, across Canada.
Which products will carry the Cuisine Fattoush brand?
The transition to Cuisine Fattoush will happen gradually across our grocery line.
You’ll see the new identity on our:
- Pita chips;
- Spreads;
- Spices;
- Turkish delight;
- And other products in our range.
The new Cuisine Fattoush packaging will gradually make its way onto grocery store shelves over the coming months.
Is Les Filles Fattoush going away?
Not at all.
Les Filles Fattoush will keep its name, its social mission, its team and its presence at Jean-Talon Market.
Les Filles Fattoush is our DNA: the strength of women, their skills and that desire to build connections around the table.
From the very beginning, our food has brought people together and built bridges between cultures.
And above all, Les Filles Fattoush is everything that made Cuisine Fattoush possible.
The women, recipes, culinary skills, connections and mission that have shaped us since day one will remain at the heart of the brand.
Cuisine Fattoush isn’t replacing our story.
It’s helping it travel further.
A new identity, the same recipes
Over the next few months, you’ll gradually start seeing the new Cuisine Fattoush packaging at your local grocery store.
A fresh look on the outside, with the same recipes and flavours on the inside.
Flavour remains at the heart of everything we do.
Our products continue to draw on the recipes and culinary traditions of Syrian families, with the same commitment to offering rich flavours that fit easily into everyday life.
Oven-baked pita chips made with olive oil and real spices. Spreads you can simply set at the centre of the table. Products that are just as at home in a quick lunch as they are at dinner with friends.
Because, to us, this cuisine is a living tradition: food to share, adapt to everyday life and enjoy again and again.
Where can you find Cuisine Fattoush products?
Les Filles Fattoush products are currently available at more than 500 retail locations across Quebec.
Over the coming months, the new Cuisine Fattoush packaging will gradually appear in grocery stores as we begin a new phase of our growth across Canada.
A story still unfolding
Introducing Cuisine Fattoush today reminds us of just how far we’ve come since our early days.
It’s moving to see a journey that began with shared recipes and women coming together in the kitchen take on this new dimension.
We are proud and, above all, deeply grateful to everyone who has tasted our food, shared it, spread the word and grown alongside us over the years.
Thank you for making room for our food at your tables.
Today, a new chapter begins.
And we’re so happy to keep writing this story with you.
Sahtein. Thank you. From Adelle, Geneviève and the entire Les Filles Fattoush team 💛
