Les Filles Fattoush is a Quebec company of Syrian origin. Founded by Geneviève Comeau and Adelle Tarzibachi, it aims to help the integration of refugee women of Syrian origin into Quebec culture while sharing their gastronomic cultures in la belle Province. The latter cook mezzés presented in catering services intended for businesses, but also for individuals. To give you a good idea of this local initiative, here is our interview.
