Our social economy catering project offers a first work experience to Syrian refugee women, drawing on their culinary talents and desire to share their country's culture and history. Together we build a bridges between our cultures.
“Battata harra” or “spiced potatoes” – Our blend is inspired by the famous French fries served in all Middle Eastern restaurants. Quick and easy to make, they’re just as good fried or baked, and can be served as a side dish or as a finger food with cocktails. Authentic Recipe: Mix 30 ml vegetable oil, juice from 1/2 lemon, 3 tbsp spice blend. Pour over 1 kg of cooked potatoes ensuring that they are well coated.
