Very present in the Levantine cuisine, orange blossom water allows to perfume many recipes such as mammounieh (semolina cream) at breakfast or desserts such as rice pudding, fruit salads, semolina cake basbousseh or baklawas.
At the end of a meal or in the afternoon, we like to serve a "white coffee", a hot water infusion with orange blossom water and honey. There is also a rose water variation that is just as delicious.
